This Australian POW military book was printed in 2001 ' Medicos and Memories Further Recollections of the 2/10th Field Regiment ' by Dr Bob Goodwin & Dr Jim Dixon.  The authors were soldiers of this Queensland Regiment.
 
This book was a sequel to Bob Goodwin's book titled History of the 2/10th Field Regiment 1st edition in 1999. During the early years of WW2, the Regiment was formed at Redbank (near Ipswich) Queensland and went to the defence of Singapore as part of the 8th Division.
 
After the Fall of Singapore, the 10th's soldiers were originally POW at Changi before being sent to various work camps on the Thai Burma Railway, Sandakan, and later Japan.
In nearly all cases this resulted in complete separation of each party. After the war, both Authors become Doctors and this book concerns the medical life of the Members (the aliments and experiences) as they were POW in the various Japanese Railway Camps, Hellfire Pass Sandakan Borneo Death March.
 
There are several Named Rolls of AAMC and 2/10 Field Ambulance medicos within the book . Detailed text supported by many printed photos.
