Interesting report by this committee produced in 1932 which was somewhat critical of Haig and the High Command and represents an important document. Here reproduced in full with the original draft appendices as a Special edition of the British Army Review for April 2001 and with a new foreword by Mike Crawshaw editor of the Review.
